These terms describe an independent business sourcing coordination service. By submitting an inquiry, you ask us to organize requirements, contact potential suppliers and help compare supplier-provided information. We are not the manufacturer, seller of record, medical provider, testing laboratory, certification body or regulatory adviser unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Buyer information and decisions

You are responsible for supplying accurate requirements, quantities, destination, intended channel, timing and restrictions. You decide whether a product, supplier, sample, document, quotation or alternative is acceptable. Search phrases and product-family references do not establish medical suitability, performance, availability, certification or compliance.

Supplier information

Specifications, pricing, minimums, timing, documents and commercial terms may come from third parties and must be confirmed for the exact proposed item and current quotation. We may organize or relay that information but do not warrant its completeness. Unanswered or conflicting fields remain open for review.

Health and compliance boundary

The service does not determine medical suitability or claim that a product changes a condition, snoring, breathing or sleep. Buyers must obtain appropriate clinical, safety, legal and regulatory review for their market and use case.

Commercial scope

Quotes are not purchases or reservations. Availability, samples, packaging, tooling, freight, duties, testing and destination charges depend on written terms. FREE sourcing support and any up to 3% benefit remain subject to the stated eligibility review for qualified business buyers.

Samples, alternatives and records

A sample is a review item, not proof that a later production lot will be identical or suitable. Buyers should define acceptance notes and require written approval for a material, dimension, construction, package or label change. We may keep requirement and response records to coordinate revisions, but buyers remain responsible for purchase orders, contracts, inspections and acceptance.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version presented when an inquiry is submitted applies unless a later written agreement is accepted.
